ADHD Assessments

Struggles with attention, focus, impulsivity, or organization can affect every part of life, from school to work to relationships. We provide in-depth ADHD assessments for both children and adults to help clarify whether ADHD is part of the picture, and to guide appropriate supports. Our team takes a strengths-based, neuroaffirmative approach, ensuring that every client feels understood, respected, and empowered by the process.

An ADHD assessment might be right for you if:

  • You or your child struggle with sustaining and regulating attention, impulsive behaviours, or hyperactivity/restlessness

  • You or your child struggle with executive functioning skills, including organization, procrastination, time management, remembering things, and prioritizing tasks

  • You or your child often feel overwhelmed by the demands of daily living

  • You would like to better understand how your or your child’s unique attention and memory profile impact day to day functioning

  • You would like to identify areas of need to inform academic or workplace accommodations
