Growing up isn’t always easy. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, emotion or behaviour regulation, self-esteem, social challenges, or family dynamics, we offer a safe and supportive space where they can express themselves and build meaningful skills. We work with children and teens using developmentally informed, evidence-based approaches, including CBT and DBT-informed strategies, attachment-based approaches, and emotion-focused work, to help children and youth strengthen connections, learn coping strategies, manage anxiety and stress, and build resilience. We also work with neurodivergent children and teens using a neuroaffirmative lens, to help them focus on their strengths and personal growth. We always aim to collaborate closely with families to understand each child’s unique needs in order to support resilience and connection.
