About Me
I’m a registered psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents. My practice bridges two core areas: therapy and psychological assessment. Whether I’m helping a young person navigate anxiety or guiding a family through the process of understanding a learning difference, I aim to create a supportive space where people feel respected, informed, and empowered.
In therapy, I work with youth and their families to support emotional wellbeing, manage behavioural challenges, and build skills for everyday life. I draw on evidence-based approaches and adapt each session to reflect the individual’s goals, strengths, and identity. I also offer consultation to parents who are navigating complex developmental or mental health concerns in their children.
Alongside therapy, I conduct comprehensive assessments for a range of learning, developmental, and mental health concerns, including ADHD, autism, giftedness, intellectual disabilities, and academic challenges. I have extensive experience in autism assessment and take a neuroaffirming, strengths-based approach. Assessments are never just about diagnosis; they’re about helping people better understand themselves and access the supports they need to thrive.

Training & Background
I hold a PhD in School and Clinical Child Psychology from the University of Toronto and am registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). My clinical background spans a variety of settings, including school boards, hospitals, and community agencies such as Surrey Place Centre and McMaster Children’s Hospital. I also supervise doctoral students in clinical and school psychology and have been active in research exploring the impact of school environments, family relationships, and early adversity on child development.
My work is centered in curiosity, collaboration, and care. Whether in therapy or assessment, I strive to help young people and families move forward with clarity, confidence, and a sense of connection.
