About Me

I’m a registered psychologist who works with children, teens, adults, and parents to support emotional well-being, deepen understanding, and navigate meaningful moments and relationships. Whether in therapy or assessment, I aim to create a warm and safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practice, while always honouring each person’s unique story and needs.

In therapy, I focus on helping neurodivergent clients (including ADHD and Autism), clients experiencing school or relationship difficulties, clients facing challenges with mood, anxiety, or emotion regulation, and individuals who have experienced trauma. I always aim to create a warm and empathetic environment where clients can feel safe to build trust and connection, as well as feel empowered to overcome challenges with more confidence and resilience.

In parent consultations, I help caregivers feel more confident in approaching family challenges, build stronger relationships with their children, and navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence and connection among family members. I work collaboratively with caregivers navigating the joys and challenges of raising children of all ages, offering guidance that is rooted in connection and attachment.

In addition to therapy, I offer a range of assessments for children, teens, and adults, including psychoeducational, ADHD, and autism assessments. My goal is always to provide clarity, insight, and a respectful understanding of each person’s unique learning and neurodevelopmental profile.

Training & Background

I completed my doctoral degree in psychology at McGill University and I am registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). My clinical training took place across diverse settings in Quebec and Ontario, including hospitals, community organizations, and multidisciplinary teams. I’ve pursued additional training in emotion-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural approaches, trauma-informed care, autism in children and adults, and parent support.

My work is grounded in respect for individual differences, neurodiversity, attachment, and the belief that healing and growth happen through genuine connection and compassionate support.
