Olivia Loiacono
Administrative Assistant
About Me
I am the Administrative Assistant at Stillpoint Psychology, where I support the clinic’s day-to-day operations and serve as a point of contact for clients and families. I am passionate about psychology, education, and creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every client and family who connects with our clinic. My responsibilities include coordinating appointments and scheduling, responding to inquiries, assisting with intake and assessment coordination, processing payments, and providing administrative support to our clinicians. I enjoy being able to help make each step of the process feel clear, organized, and comfortable for clients. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue learning and growing at Stillpoint and to be part of a team dedicated to providing compassionate and meaningful psychological care.
Training & Background
I am a fourth-year student at the University of Toronto, completing a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Education. My academic and professional experiences have fostered a particular interest in child and adolescent development, mental health, learning, and neurodiversity. Working in both clinical and school settings has allowed me to gain valuable experience supporting children, youth, and families while learning more about the connection between psychology and education.
Following my undergraduate degree, I hope to pursue graduate studies in psychology and education, with the long-term goal of working in school psychology. I am especially interested in supporting students’ mental health, learning, and overall well-being while working collaboratively with families and school communities.
