Sarvenaz (Sarvi) Ostadghafour, M.A., C.Psych.Assoc.
About Me
I am a registered psychological associate with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) who works with children, adolescents, and adults to support emotional well-being, foster self-understanding, and navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. My approach is collaborative and individualized, recognizing each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and needs.
At Stillpoint Psychology, I provide psychological and autism assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. My goal is to provide meaningful insight into an individual’s cognitive, academic, emotional, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental functioning while offering practical recommendations that support success in school, work, relationships, and daily life. I support individuals seeking a greater understanding of their or their child’s neurodivergence, as well as those wanting insight into their personal growth, greater self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of patterns that may be impacting different aspects of their lives.
I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling understood, supported, and accepted. My goal is to help clients gain greater insight into themselves, strengthen their ability to cope with challenges, and build on their existing strengths. I strive to create an environment where individuals feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences, developing new perspectives, and working toward lasting growth and well-being.
