Meet the Team
Vanessa Di Cecca, B.Sc., M.Psy.
About Me
I am a masters-level clinical associate working under the supervision of Dr. Natalia Manay and Dr. Jake Keithley. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families across school and private clinic settings. My approach centers on creating a safe, warm, and collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to share their stories. I believe in honouring each individual’s unique experiences, strengths, and perspectives, and aim to support clients in reaching their goals and building resilience.
In therapy, I work with children, teens, and young adults to address a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion regulation, autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. I also work closely with caregivers to help them feel more confident in supporting their children, facilitate relationship repair, and foster healthy family connections. My approach with caregivers is always collaborative, grounded in the belief that caregivers play a central role in the healing and growth of their children.
In addition to therapy, I provide psychoeducational assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults collaborating with families and educators to support academic programming and mental health. My approach is neuroaffirming, growth-oriented, and guided by curiosity. My goal is to offer meaningful insights to improve one’s understanding of themselves.
